I have purchased Issue 9 but it will not download for me. Paid my money and got nothing so far! I am connected to WiFi and I have tried to reinstall but it will not work!
I paid for issue 9 but it will not download. I spent 3hrs uninstalling/re-installing, updating etc . .and still nothing. Tried it on 3 of my Apple devices and still nothing . . . I want my money back!!!!
Same here. I uninstalled and reinstalled and all it accomplished was to lose the issues I already had downloaded. Still cant get anything and am out the price of 7 issues! Please fix!
Love it!! The interactive nature of this magazine is awesome. Articles and projects from well-known designers in the beading community. I like the variety of projects as well; there is a little something for everyone which gives me an opportunity to broaden my skill set. Thank you so much for such a forward-thinking product.
